(ID number: K-2005-GVOP-4.1.2-05/1.-0006728/4.0) Brief summary of the projectThe client contacts as a function of support is very important and decisive role for S&T to make each sales and customer support process more efficient and more transparent. Todays economical environment, the domestic market enlarged by the membership of the European Union, and the S&T's business objectives require a single treatment of customer communication channels, regardless of the channel an electronic record can be taken of the customer. This way the information can be used effectively searchable and analyzed for the whole company's organizational unit, to increase the efficiency, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. The EU's expectations of technology, the tasks to be implemented in order to shape the information society, GVOP additional documents, the customer's expectation and business interest of S&T, the solution to all communication channells should be supported. The S&T would like to create a corporate e-marketing and customer service system, through which can sell its products and services on an electronic way, and can provide online customer service. The e-business framework supports the company's existing sales channels, organizations with the Web-based IT solution, these are the next: .
