SAP HR implementation at ELTE - in record time

In intense professional cooperation and teamwork of S&T Unitis Hungary and SAP Hungary experts and after the record time implementation of 3 months, SAP HCM (Human Capital Module) started at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) at the beginning of this year.

Unique claims


It runs now regularly the payroll of 4000 public sector employees and 4000 assignment tenancy and the related personnel master data management. During the realization the consultants reformed as well the labour registry. The wage type structure and the method of absence quota management in public sector were redefined to suit a unique claim.


Automatic functions


The number of the monthly accounted items is about to exceed 6500. After finishing this project now several automatic functions support the daily job of administrators and clerks of the Personnel Department. Furthermore the consultants also extended and changed the standard way of registry of the previous employment in public sector with new functions.
