S&T AG: Michael Dvorak a befektetői kapcsolatok vezetője

Új kapcsolat az S&T pénzügyi közösségénél

2009 októberében Michael Dvorak (34) kapta meg a befektetői kapcsolatok vezetői pozícióját az S&T csoportnál. Ő a felelős a pénzügyi kommunikációért és a befektetői, elemzői kapcsolatokért, valamint az egész S&T pénzügyi paici közösségért. Feladatai közé tartozik az S&T pénzügyi tevékenységét kiterjeszteni ezen területeken.
In his most recent position Michael Dvorak was Head of Corporate Finance Team, Equity Capital Markets CEE at Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, the Austria-based investment bank focused on the Central and Eastern European market since 2007. His prime responsibilities included the analysis and consulting of companies in projects relating to the capital markets and in international transactions.

His previous career steps included KPMG where Michael worked as Associate and Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance (2001-2007) and CAIB Investment Bank (International Equity Capital Markets and Equity Sales). He holds a Master title from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in Commercial Sciences.
