COO Georg Komornyik leaves S&T

Georg Komornyik, a member of the S&T AG Management Board, will leave the company by mutual agreement on December 31, 2009.
With immediate effect, the responsibilities of the COO for Business Solutions will be taken over during an interim period by CEO Christian Rosner. The S&T AG Supervisory Board will appoint a new COO for this area of responsibilities at the beginning of 2010.

Christian Rosner confirms the guidance for a good 4th quarter 2009.
