Georg Komornyik COO elmegy az S&T-től

Georg Komornyik, az S&T AG Menedzsment tagja, itt hagyja a céget közös megegyezéssel 2009. December 31-vel.
With immediate effect, the responsibilities of the COO for Business Solutions will be taken over during an interim period by CEO Christian Rosner. The S&T AG Supervisory Board will appoint a new COO for this area of responsibilities at the beginning of 2010.

Christian Rosner confirms the guidance for a good 4th quarter 2009.
