Peter Trawnicek appointed to the Management Board of S&T AG

New head of Business Solutions division

The supervisory board of S&T appointed Peter Trawnicek (46) to the management board with effect of February 1, 2010. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer Business Solutions, he will be in charge of the consulting, software, development, application and outsourcing business at S&T, with responsibility for over 1,000 employees.
Prior to joining S&T, Peter Trawnicek was a Managing Director SAP Alliance at Microsoft. Previously, he held management positions at leading IT and consulting companies. He was a Managing Director at Fujitsu Siemens, Austria and Senior Vice President Sales Central and Eastern Europe at SAP, and held senior positions at Oracle and Unisys.

“Peter Trawnicek is a market oriented executive with strong leadership qualities. We expect Peter to effectively execute our consulting and services strategy. We have observed Peter as a pragmatic, customer focused manager with excellent analytical skills,” comments Thomas Streimelweger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

From February 2010 the management board of the S&T AG consists of Christian Rosner CEO, Martin Bergler CFO, Peter Sturz COO IS and Peter Trawnicek COO BS.
